progressive, customizable Chumash Units, which are implemented in
10 pilot school's classrooms as soon as they are generated. Materials developed by the expert teachers and
educators, working with editors, illustrators and technological
designers.

Pilot schools and teachers discuss and critique the Chumash Units in an
online, live discussion board, and submit their materials to improve on
the existing ones.
3. Teams of computer based editors arrange the Chumash text into formats that will be used in the Tools for Torah program.

Computer programmers develop the groundwork for the Tools for Torah
vision of customizable "Drag 'n Drop" to generate class materials.
5. Recruit more schools to join.
Year 2:
1. Growing Teacher Team creates another 500 complete Chumash units.
2. Computer programmers continue and roll out the programs and assessment tools, as they progress.
3. Schools continue to evaluate and critique the Chumash materials.
4. Tools for Torah introduces Live Mentoring for to help teachers set goals and plan for class.
Year 3:
1. Growing Teacher Team creates another 1000 complete Chumash units.
2. Computer programmers continue and roll out the programs and assessment tools, as they progress.
3. Schools continue to evaluate and critique the Chumash materials.
4. Tools for Torah incorporates personal Student profiles and assesments.
Year 4:
1. Tools for Torah shifts its focus toward other Judaic studies.
